Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Schoolz platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Schoolz.
Section 2
Our Services
Schoolz provides a comprehensive school management platform that includes student management, attendance tracking, grade management, financial management, communication tools, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Section 3
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Section 4
Payment and Subscription
Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed on the platform. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Schoolz and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Schoolz.
Section 6
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. Prohibited activities include: systematic retrieval of data, unauthorized framing or linking, interference with security features, use of automated systems, and any use that violates applicable laws.
Section 7
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Schoolz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
